How to get a faster answer
Put the device in the first message. Samsung TV, Firestick, iPhone, MAG box. That one word decides whether you get exact steps or a general answer.
On a MAG, Formuler or BuzzTV box, add the MAC address from the sticker underneath. Those boxes are activated by MAC, so sending it first saves a whole round trip.
How quickly we reply
