Where we stand
IPTV Ireland Max resells access to streams supplied by third parties. We do not host, store, record, upload or produce any programme carried on them, and we cannot control what those upstream suppliers transmit.
We take copyright seriously and act on valid complaints. If you believe something reachable through this service infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and you will get a response.
What a notice needs
A complaint can only be acted on if it contains all of the following:
- Your name, postal address and a contact email or phone number.
- Which work you say has been infringed.
- Which specific material you are complaining about, described well enough to find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- A signature, written or electronic.
Where to send it
Post it to IPTV Ireland Max, Eden Rd, Townparks, Birr, Co. Offaly, Ireland, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any of the items above cannot be processed and is returned so it can be completed.
What happens next
A valid notice is passed to the upstream supplier responsible for the stream, and access is suspended wherever we are able to do that ourselves. Since we do not host the material, final removal rests with that supplier.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or a misidentification.
Repeat complaints
Where valid complaints keep arriving about the same account, that account is closed.
