Who we are
IPTV Ireland Max is run by IPTV Ireland Max, Eden Rd, Townparks, Birr, Co. Offaly, Ireland. This policy covers this website and the subscriptions sold through it.
What we hold
- The WhatsApp number or email you write to us from, and a name if you give one.
- Your order: the plan, its start date and its end date.
- Anonymous visit counts for the pages on this site, through Google Analytics.
Card numbers never pass through us and we cannot see them. We keep no record of what you watch.
What it is used for
- Creating your login and sending it to you.
- Answering your messages and fixing things when a channel stops.
- A reminder before the plan ends, if you have asked for one.
- Seeing which pages people read, so the useful ones can be improved.
Who else sees it
Nobody, for marketing. Your details reach only the services that keep this running: the company hosting the site, the analytics provider, and the platform that issues your login.
How long it stays
Order details stay while the plan is active and for a while afterwards, so a renewal or a refund can be matched to the right person. The analytics figures carry no name and drop off by themselves.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One message does it, and there is no form.
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies to count visits. They do not identify you. Block them in the browser and every page still works the same.
